What does the "+" mean?
To increase transparency, we display our starting prices on the website. The "+" means the pricing can scale up for those services depending on the volume or complexity of your transactions. We will provide a clear breakdown for your business during our scoping call.
How does unlimited support work?
Unlimited support truly means unlimited support. Any question you have no matter how big or small will get answered in less than 1 hour.
How does fixed pricing work?
During our scoping call, we’ll scope out all the services and support you need. Then, we’ll lock in a fixed fee for you. And don’t worry, the price won’t change unless your business experiences significant fluctuations (20% or more.)
Are there any additional fees?
Additional fees may apply for out-of-scope work. For instance, if your plan doesn’t cover government calls and you need us to make one, we’ll charge an extra hourly rate. Similarly, if budgeting and forecasting aren’t part of your plan but you require a one-time budget for the bank, there’ll be a separate fee.
What does onboarding look like?
Onboarding typically spans 1-2 weeks. During the initial week, we focus on setting up your accounting system and preparing our team. The subsequent week involves a few meetings to ensure seamless integration on your end.
