What You’ll Do
- Own Client Onboarding: Seamlessly manage multiple client onboardings, ensuring tools are set up, accounts are clean, and clients feel confident from day one.
- Collaborate with the Production Team: Work with the Production Manager to align onboarding workflows with client expectations and production capacity.
- Set Up & Integrate Systems: Configure QuickBooks Online, Dext, and Wagepoint to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Clean Up Books: Bring financial records up to date with precision, anticipating and addressing inconsistencies.
- Proactively Support Clients:
- Notice something’s off? Offer insights and recommendations immediately.
- Need to train clients on tools? Provide hands-on guidance with clarity and patience.
- Document Client Workflows: Capture client-specific processes so their experience is consistent and efficient.
- Ensure Smooth Handoffs: Transition clients to the production team with detailed documentation and proactive communication.

- Project Management Skills: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, ClickUp, or Asana is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
